1. Overview
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from VEYRA™. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Products
VEYRA™ products, including VeinFlow™, are wellness and comfort devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted electronic device. Follow the Quick Start Guide, begin at low intensity, use while seated or resting, and stop use if you experience unusual pain, numbness or irritation.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you and offer a full refund.
4. Trial and returns
Our 60-Day Home Trial is set out in full on the Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms.
5. Warranty
VeinFlow™ carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing and functional defects under normal use. It excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification and ordinary cosmetic wear.
6. Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Our shipping terms are set out on the Shipping Policy page.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site is the property of VEYRA™ and may not be reproduced without written permission. VEYRA™, VeinFlow™, Active Vein Therapy™, TriFlow™ Technology, Dynamic Calf Compression™, Rhythmic EMS Activation™, Invisible Near-Infrared™ and ThermaComfort™ are trademarks of VEYRA.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VEYRA is registered.
