US delivery is expected within 7–12 business days, with free shipping on every order.
Haven’t received tracking?
Check your spam folder first — shipping notifications land there more often than you’d expect. If it’s been more than a few business days and there’s still nothing, reach us via our Contact page with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived
This usually resolves within 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before it physically arrives. If it’s still missing after a day, contact us and we’ll investigate and make it right.
