How to check your order status
- Open your order confirmation email and click View your order — it shows your live status.
- Once shipped, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Cannot find the email? Check spam/promotions, or reply to any VEYRA email with your order number and we will send it again.
Good to know
- Shipping is free and every parcel is tracked.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.
- Orders outside the United States (including Canada) may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your country.
