The 60-Day Home Trial
A routine deserves a real chance. That’s why you have 60 days from delivery to try VeinFlow™ at home — and request a return if it isn’t for you.
How to request a return
- Contact us via our Contact page within 60 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product back reasonably complete — device(s), charging cable(s) and included accessories.
- Once received and inspected, we refund your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Defective or incorrect item — that’s on us. Contact us with a photo or short video and we’ll make it right at no cost to you, including a replacement where appropriate.
After 60 days
Your 1-Year Limited Warranty continues to cover manufacturing and functional defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or ordinary cosmetic wear.
