What exactly is VeinFlow™?
VeinFlow is a wearable calf device — the at-home Active Vein Therapy™ system. It combines three powered technologies (TriFlow™: Dynamic Calf Compression™, Rhythmic EMS Activation™, Invisible Near-Infrared™) plus ThermaComfort™ 3-level warming, in one wrap that goes around your calf.
What does the EMS feel like?
Gentle, rhythmic pulses through the calf. Intensity is fully adjustable — start on the lowest level and build to what feels comfortable.
Is the compression tight?
It’s powered and rhythmic — compress and release — designed to feel controlled and comfortable, not a constant squeeze.
Why can’t I see the near-infrared light?
Near-infrared sits beyond the visible spectrum, so it may be invisible to the eye. That’s normal — it’s working even when you don’t see a glow.
Does it have heat?
Yes — ThermaComfort™ offers three warming levels: Gentle Warmth, Daily Comfort and Deep Warmth. Heat is a separate comfort layer, not one of the three TriFlow™ modalities.
Can I use it on either leg?
Yes. One device is worn on either calf, one at a time. The Dual System lets you treat both calves in the same session.

How often should I use it?
About 20 minutes a day is a comfortable routine — most people use it in the evening while seated. The device uses manual on/off.
How does it charge?
Rechargeable via USB-C, and cordless during use. A charging cable is included with every device.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders. Expected delivery is 7–12 business days — you’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is the 60-Day Home Trial?
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery — enough time to actually build the routine. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; if an item arrives defective or incorrect, that’s on us.
What does the warranty cover?
A 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing and functional defects under normal use. It doesn’t cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or ordinary cosmetic wear.
Is it a medical device? Is it safe?
VeinFlow is a wellness and comfort product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use it seated, start at low intensity, and stop if you feel unusual pain, numbness or irritation. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted electronic device, consult your doctor before use.
