Cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders. We currently ship to the United States.
Delivery time
Expected delivery is 7–12 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it’s dispatched.
Tracking
If you haven’t received a tracking email within a few business days, check your spam folder first — then reach us via our Contact page and we’ll sort it out.
Incorrect address
Spotted a mistake in your shipping address? Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can correct it. Once dispatched, we can’t reroute a parcel — but we’ll work with you on the best solution.
Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived
This usually resolves within 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before it physically arrives. If it’s still missing after a day, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
